Review Rental requirements below before requesting a showing
- Min. 600 credit / No Evictions
- Income 2.5 times the rent minimum
- Must start the lease in 30 days
- Security typically is 1 months rent
- You can view the home before doing application
- Security is due 24 hours after approval
Showings
- Text driver license photo and showing time request.
- Re-confirm showing 1 hour before.
- Vacant – Call me when at the door for the code.
- Occupied – Tenant will let you in.
