1. 1st months rent is paid to Hewitt Realty as Commission at Walk-in via cashiers or money order
2. You can opt to pay 9.95 to process in 1 day
3. Pet fees are added to rent at 25.00 per pet per month
4. Late Fees are a flat  $100.00 and paid via Quickbooks to Hewitt Realty LLC
